how exciting! there's going to be a live recreation of a candy matson broadcast on october 16th. i am so there. i think they're doing a couple other programs too. $15. to celebrate i listened to a bunch of candy matson episodes last night, and she sure is sweet.

Did you make it out? What did you think of our production?
Overall the response we've gotten so far from people has been extremely positive - so good that we're looking into doing more Live performances in the future!
Not sure how that will materialize yet, but when I know I'll be sure to promote it here... -

i enjoyed the show very much. thought the second half was much better where it was set up like an actual broadcast, plus, i love candy. thought the acting was a little more uneven in the first half, especially the mark markham episode.
as i told you, i wish you could do it with coconuts for horses instead of laptops, but i understand why you don't.

Tue, November 15, 2005 - 10:06 AMactually we're considering next time having an actual foley table up onstage, with all manner of equipment, so that the sound effects can be produced live as well.
There just wasn't enough time this time around to prepare for everything. I was brought in just a bare few weeks before the performance.
